Your Ceremony

We are licensed to hold both indoor & outdoor Civil Ceremonies in either our Panelled Hall or Garden Pavilion.

The Panelled Hall with a beautiful open fire, large mirrors, a majestic chandelier & Minstrels Gallery above is a perfect setting for an indoor civil ceremony filled with character; we can comfortably seat up to 120 guests in this space.

Wanting a more informal outdoor set up for your nuptials? Our beautiful garden houses a rustic wooden pavilion which is perfect to hold your outdoor ceremony with panoramic views of the Malvern Hills. We have outdoor bench seating for up to 80 guests plus out door sofas and plenty of space for extra standing guests too.

You don’t have to worry about the weather either, as we offer you an indoor ceremony set up in the Panelled Hall as a contingency plan for any wet weather on the day.

The perfect wedding is all down to the smallest details…. that’s why here at Deer Park Hall we offer you a range of affordable drinks through the Rut Bar and a choice of excellent Caterers.

We understand how personal and important the choice of food is on your wedding day and so we have worked hard to select a group of excellent caterers for you to choose from with all-inclusive prices for a 3 course meal starting from about £50 per person.

They offer a range of mouth-watering menus which can be tailored to your taste and budget, from a simple BBQ to a lavish seven course banquet. The choice is yours.

We also have some exciting recommendations for your evening catering such as crepes, oven-baked pizzas, hog roasts & ice-cream parlours. Details of our Preferred Caterers can be found on our website, deerparkweddings.co.uk.

We offer 3 different drinks packages for you to choose from:

The Stag Package £18 per person. 1 glass of prosecco for your reception drinks or a soft drink. ½ a bottle of house wine per person dining red or white. 1 glass of prosecco for your toast.

The Bredon Package £26 per person. Prosecco & Bottled Beers (50/50 split) (two alcoholic drinks per person) and soft drinks options for your reception drinks. ½ a bottle of house wine per person dining red or white. 1 glass of our award winning Cuveé Sparkling Wines for your toast

The Vintners Package £32 per person. Our Deer Park Classic Cuveé & Bottled Beers (50/50 split) (two alcoholic drinks per person) and soft drinks options for your reception drinks. ½ a bottle of house wine per person dining red or white. 1 glass of our award winning Cuveé Sparkling Wines grown in our own vineyard for your toast

If you require additional wines for your wedding breakfast over and above your chosen drinks package you may bring in your own wines for £5 per bottle corkage fee, (£10 for sparkling wines & champagne). A perfect choice if you have a passion for a specific wine.

Finally, if none of the above options works for you, you can bring in all your own drinks for a fee of £12.50 per person attending the wedding breakfast*. Simply drop them off on your set up day and we will chill and serve your drinks (*terms & conditions apply – no spirits or kegs of beer)

The Rut Bar will be open for guests from 7pm. Early opening prior to 7pm is charged at £20 per hour. The Rut Bar is a fully stocked bar and offers several award-winning wines from our very own Deer Park Vineyard and a specialist Gin Bar.

Hollowcombe Cottage (sleeps up to 8) - whole cottage £440 per night - minimum 2 night stay We have a beautiful cottage with 4 kingsize bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a sitting room and a large kitchen dinner opening out onto a patio with BBQ, fire pit and out door sofas and dining area.

Vine Lodge (sleeps 2) - £260 per night - minimum 2 night stay We also have a luxury romantic lodge with its own private deck and Hot tub. It has a kingsize bedroom, balcony with free-standing bath and views over the the surrounding countryside, a large walk-in shower, kitchenette, dining area, sofa and fireplace. The lodge has a private garden with a large decked area with Olive trees, BBQ, outdoor sofa and swinging bench a dining area and a sunken deck with a hot tub located over a babbling brook.
