With stunning exposed oak beams & a wall of glass showcasing panoramic views onto the deer park & Malvern Hills, the Bredon Room really is a beautiful setting for any wedding reception. Its neutral colours and modern barn theme gives you relaxed country feel which is sure to suit all wedding decoration ideas.

The Bredon Room is our largest room at Deer Park Hall with a capacity to seat 150 people and is commonly used to hold your wedding breakfast. It comes complete with an IPod dock, CD player & microphones for those all-important speeches.

Panelled Hall

Our characterful Panelled Hall is the perfect space for indoor civil ceremonies, wedding reception drinks and dancing the night away.

With a traditional décor incorporating a baronial chandelier, stag antlers & a roaring open fire make it a perfect spot for reception drinks in the cooler months, plus the solid wooden floor makes a superb dancefloor for yourself and your guests to party late into the night.

Overlooking the Panelled Hall we have our Minstrels Gallery – with a perfect view from above this is a lovely snug area for guests to relax. This Minstrels Gallery also offers a spectacular area for musicians to play throughout your civil ceremony & also for photographers/videographers to capture your first dance.

As you have exclusive use of the venue for the entire day, your guests are welcome to wander freely as they wish. From dancing the night away in the Hall, having a quiet chat with loved ones in the Bredon Room to relaxing in the garden enjoying views of the Cotswolds – there is a place for everyone to enjoy.

The Grounds

Surrounded by glorious countryside the natural beauty of Deer Park Hall is enhanced by the carefully landscaped gardens &  it’s clear to see why it’s a popular choice for outdoor civil ceremonies in the Cotswolds.

Outdoor ceremonies, photographs, canapes & reception drinks can take place on our stunning Lambs Leap Lawn. Complete with a selection of traditional garden games, chic garden furniture and a beautiful wooden gazebo. 

A few steps away you will find the Lower Terrace; a unique hidden space with a trickling stream besides offers an area to relax with comfortable lounge seating and fire pits. 

At the entrance of the venue we have our Lavender Garden. Surrounded by borders of the sweet smelling flower with stunning views over the rolling hills, this is a perfect spot for sunset shots & fireworks in the evening. If you are interested in some more rural photographs, feel free to take a walk onto the hillside with your photographer to capture those beautiful views of Worcestershire. Just remember to bring those wellies!

The Rut Bar

Situated inside the Bredon Room, our characteristic Rut Bar at Deer Park Hall can provide your guests with all of their wedding drinks throughout the day. From pre-dinner aperitifs, champagne for the speeches through to late night digestives, the bar can cater for all tastes and occasions. 

Alternatively we also offer the option of a free corkage allowance for the course of the wedding. And if you’re not sure on how much wine you need to provide for your number of guests our dedicated events team can help guide you.

Bridal Lounge

Our private bridal lounge offers a space for you just the two of you. Whether you want to use it as a bridal dressing room to add those last minute touches when getting ready for your wedding, have a glass of bubbles with your bridesmaids or use as a safe haven for the two of you to relax together during the course of the day.

We also understand that children can play an important role in your wedding and we want them to enjoy themselves as much as the adults! This is why we have a separate kid’s room, a place for them to be in their element & have fun.
